I really can’t say it enough… you get what you give. Giving back is extremely important to the growth of your business. If people are investing in your business, it is your duty to invest back into your community. By doing so, you will not only build relationships that have the potential to provide you with more opportunities to make more money, but you will also be sending out the kind of energy you wish to attract. Everything that you think, say, and do matters. Believe it or not, whether you achieve success or not has very little to do with others and everything to do with you. The Law of Attraction is real. If you want support, you have to give it. No charitable act or offering is ever a loss. What you give, you will get back in some form or the other.
You might be saying, “But I barely have enough money to keep my business going, let alone money to give to charity.” I understand, but give what you can. Parting with my money when I worked so hard to earn it and didn’t know when I was going to get more of it was one of the hardest humps for me to get over. After losing everything, I wanted to save all of my money for rainy days. That was until I realized that I wasn’t growing like I wanted to and my attitude wasn’t in alignment with my faith. Once I decided to give even when I didn’t know if I would get it back, money and opportunities flowed to me in ways that I never expected. Trust me, it might be scary at times, but it’s totally worth it.
Give back monthly. Support other businesses regularly. Do what you can with what you have and you will get more.
Assignment: Set a budget of what you can give back monthly. Stick to it. Record how giving back makes you feel and what positive changes you see in your life and business because of it.
